心理学博士,侧重儿童青少年心理健康综合发展机制、数字媒体(积极)使用以及数字成瘾宏观机理、人际关系与青少年心理发展等方面的研究。近期关注儿童青少年心理健康动态发展、积极视角和新方法的引入。在《Journal of Youth and Adolescence》《Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology》《Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking》《心理发展与教育》等期刊上发表中英文论文30余篇,译著3部,编著2部。荣获2018年度基础教育国家级教学成果奖和2017年度北京市基础教育教学成果奖。
