北京师范大学心理学学士、心理学硕士,Michigan State University测量与量化方法博士。现任北京师范大学中国基础教育质量监测协同创新中心副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事心理与教育测量方法(计算机化自适应测验、认知诊断模型)、教育质量和公平的评价研究。目前教授研究生课程《教育测量》《项目反应理论》和本科生课程《教育与心理测量》《教育统计》。主持国自科青年项目等多项课题。在Applied Psychological Measurement、Educational Measurement: Issues and Practice、Journal of Educational and Behavioral Statistics等学术刊物上发表论文多篇。
