北京师范大学心理学学士，北京师范大学心理学硕士，Michigan State University测量与量化方法博士。现任北京师范大学基础教育质量监测协同创新中心讲师，硕士生导师。主要从事教育与心理测量方法（认知诊断模型，计算机化自适应测验）、课程分析、教育数据挖掘等方面的研究，教授《教育测量》《项目反应理论》《高级心理测量》等研究生课程。在Applied Psychological Measurement、Educational Measurement: Issues and Practice、Journal of Educational and Behavioral Statistics、心理发展与教育、清华大学教育研究等学术刊物上发表论文多篇。
