心理学博士，硕士生、博士生导师。长期深耕儿童青少年心理健康领域，研究主线涵盖心理健康综合发展机制、数字媒体（积极）使用与数字成瘾宏观机理，以及人际关系对青少年心理发展的影响。在此基础上，近期进一步拓展研究视野，重点关注儿童青少年心理健康的动态发展轨迹，并致力于引入积极视角与创新研究方法。主持国家社会科学基金项目及十余项横向课题。在 Journal of Youth and Adolescence、Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology、《心理发展与教育》等国内外权威期刊发表论文70余篇；出版译著3部、参编著作2部。荣获2018年基础教育国家级教学成果奖、2017年北京市基础教育教学成果奖。
