心理学博士,副教授,研究方向为儿童青少年心理发展评估与促进,聚焦在儿童青少年心理健康监测、数字媒体(积极)使用以及数字成瘾(如手机、短视频成瘾)宏观机理研究上。近期关注儿童青少年心理健康动态发展、积极视角和新方法的引入。在《Journal of Youth and Adolescence》《Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology》《Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking》《心理发展与教育》等期刊上发表中英文论文20余篇,译著3部,编著2部。荣获2018年度基础教育国家级教学成果奖和2017年度北京市基础教育教学成果奖。

2011年起至今在教育部基础教育质量监测中心、中国基础教育质量监测协同创新中心工作,担任过标工部主任、中职组组长,目前为报告部核心专家,主要从事教育质量监测结果分析与报告撰写、质量监测结果应用等工作。作为主要执笔人撰写省部级政策咨询报告10余份和多份国家监测结果报告,其中部分报告受到国家领导人批示。
